No response from WW Food issue logged

I bought chicken fillets on special, but when I opened it there was a very foul smell. It was definitely off. I have reached out to them 4 times already, and every time they tell me they are sorry for the experience, but it has been forwarded to the poultry department and nothings happens. ***. @woolworthsfood - Please contact me
