No response from Woolworth's after complaint

I chocked on a packet of Peanut Butter Filled Pretzels after eating the pretzels and almost swallowing a piece of string that was loose in the packet, went down my throat. I called Woolworth's Consumer Helpline with Ref *** and no response. Woolworth's prides itself on quality, as a loyal customer I expect this from them. I would at least expect a phone call after reporting this incident.
