NO RESPONSE FROM MTN ON SETTLEMENT LETTER

Good day<br> <br> I have a long outstanding account with Woolworths due to my unemployment and would like to settle it now. I have been calling and emailling but no one has been able to provide me with a settlement letter or statement so that I can pay this and clear my name off the credit bureau. <br> <br> Please just send me a statement.
