No response from gift card due to there app glitch.

Gift card Woolworths online and gift card department do not take queries seriously. I used my gift card to make a purchase and pay in the difference with my debit card, going back into woolworths my order was canceled. Now the gift card is zero. I have sent 50 emails, made many calls and all I got was an automatic response. Because of there glitch in the app I have lost money. And the gift card dept takes no calls and only emails. Which they have a back log and who knows when I will receive my money. So much for a high retail store I had no issues with checkers 60.
