No Response form account department

my woolies Credit card was in areas and handed over to MBD, i finished paying off the account 2 weeks ago and im yet to receive a paid up letter or a statement that shows that ive paid my account in full, and calling them doesnt even help coz everyone you speak too doesnt work with that account and they give you an email that you will never receive a reply from. and ive paid them in full. frustrating i tell you
