No response and late delivery

I ordered clothing online on Wednesday, paid the express fee for delivery on Thursday as I needed the items for Friday. They have not delivered or communicated what is the reason. I have sent countless emails with no response, their customer care line no one Answers if one does you will be transferred to a department that seems is not in the office. This is pathetic at it's worst
