No response

I asked head-office to source a pair of shoes for me in July/August.They were slow in getting back to me initially.When I emailed again to find out the status As I had heard nothing from them I received an email saying they had sourced it and would get back to me in a few days.That was 12/08/2015 Im still waiting!!! I emailed agin recently but no response .THE WOOLWORTHS DIFFERENCE
