no responds from SUPERVISOR

I received statement as usual, guess what, calculations are in correct. Debit order did not go through and pay was made. They devised to make their own allocations of the payments, made the call and they to;d me that they will listen to the phone call that I made to info about the cash payment made in store. TILL TODAY AM STILL WAITNG.
