NO REFUND RECEIVED

Bought a few items on 13 February, cancelled the order fairly soon after and way before the Dash order was to be processed. Website states that they won't charge for items I don't receive. Emailed the customer service account and was referred to another email address and said they'd get back to me - haven't heard anything. Sort it out
