No refund, no response to my emails

Poor service, they still dont wanna refund me and no response to my emails as well. It's been 7 days of order cancelation but no refund. When I call, the consultants have no idea on how to assist, they just transfer me non stop and give me case numbers. No assistance or advise on when would i be refunded. I'm disappointed in woolies as I have ranged it so high.
