No refund for Dash Dilivery

Utterly disappointed by the Woolies turnaround time for cancelled orders. The first agent told me it would be 24 - 48 hours then after that 48 hours the story changed to 7-14 working days! Can it seriously take that long for a reversal??????????? There isnt even an option to reorder anything else of the same amount. This I did not expect from Woolies at all! I even now doubt if I ever get my money back. This is ridiculous!!!!!
