No refund for a cancelled order

Placed an order on the 12th October - cancelled the order within an hour - 3 days later, still no refund. Called in on the 14th was advised by customer service the refund should take 24hours - nothing - called in this morning - excuse of a "customer service" agent - telling me its only R270 and it will take 7-14 days because finance have a process to follow. *** - refund the money
