No quality service received from day 1

I received marketing material regarding a WFS credit card. After a few days I decided to call the number on the pamplet and to take up the offer as it would be an added benefit for me and my family. The conversation with the agent went well. I was asked to produce proof of address, went to Cape Gate with my MTN statement. The lady scanned it and said the writing was too small and advised that she keeps the original letter. About a week later I received an sms stating the proof was insufficient, the same evening I went to the MTN store got a statement and handed it to the Cape Gate store again.

I was told that it needs to be a utility bill and cannot accept the statement. At this point i was furious, standing in the queue for the 2nd time more than 20 minutes to be told it's not good enough. I wanted to cancel. They called the call centre and was put through to a very undelightful rude young lady who told me that I produced a screen shot of the MTN statement, i almost fell on my back. Accusing me of doing something so low, how disgusting. Needless to say, the next few weeks I had to call to find out what to do, no one I spoke to contacted me back besides Musfieka. She finally gave me a FICA email address to forward my documents to.

This morning i see a debit of R4944.75 leaving little balance to the imagination. I knew here we go again fighting with WFS. Hell and behold the full outstanding balance was deducted. Who in their right mind would agree to it? Unless you own a multi million rand business yes, not me. If I had so much money to spend I wouldv'e used the cash and saved on the interest instead of using a credit card. Lameez assisted with arranging the credit of the balance and changing the account to a MINIMUM DUE monthly charge.

Woolworths you have made me a very angry client. Let's see what happens next.
