NO QUALITY CHECKS

I ordered a dress online about 2 weeks ago, it was delivered with bleach-like stains, i returned in store but had to wait for my refund. I ordered the same dress in a different size, received the order today, this time the dress has roll on stains and a BROKEN ZIP!!!!
