No plastic bags at a big retail shop!!!!! woolworths

I went to Maponya Mall Woolies to buy some groceries to may shock when i went to pay i was told they don't have plastic bags and i asked how do i now carry my grocery and the lady told me i can buy the carry bag which cost me R20. I am not happy at all with this, what if I didn't have the R20 with me, was i suppose to carry the grocery with my hands.

Really angry!!!!
