no payment for retrenchment claim

so i submitted my retrenchment claim documents 12 June and I received feedback 22 June my claim approved and sent for payment. Today is the 16 July and still.no payment on my account Instead if I go.onto the app.it says my account in arrears... this affecting my clean itc profile
