No-one to serve at coffee machine when staff goes on lunch??

Went to buy a Cappuccino at Woolworths Rynfield Square, and I was told that the lady that works at that station went on lunch, and refuses to come out and help the customers. There should be staff replacing those that go on lunch to serve the customers. Doesn't make sense that there is no-one to relief staff when they go on lunch.
