No one taking responsibility

I went to buy food at woolworths simonstown on saturday the 28th of August 2021, and on the recommendation of the manager, Justin, I bought 2 ready cooked chickens. I ate some of a chicken that afternoon. I was terribly sick that whole night with a a very upset tummy. I contacted Justin at woolworths simonstown and he said I should keep the remainder of the chicken in my fridge and woolworths head office will handle this. It is not Tuesday the 31st of August, after many calls, I still have the chickens taking up space in a small fridge of my holiday apartment.
