NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHATS HAPPENING

My mom was owing woolworths, they handed her over to their lawyers. After many attempts of faxing receipts to MDB attorneys for Woolworths account payments my mom has had no joy as they keep calling her to say she owes. These accounts where paid instore at East Rand mall, on the 10/12/2013- R2648.76 the cashier was Neliswe Ntuli and the other on the 18/12/2013- R4015.62 the cashier was Mavis Tsotesi. 2 years later the matter has still not been resolved, on the 5th of June 2015, she went to eastrand mall to settle the matter and they called head office, she spoke to a lady called *****ba Mboyambo who told her that the account was handed over, and she must ask the attorneys for settlement letters as their sysytem reflects that she still owes. <br> <br> Woolworths is passing the buck to MBD and MB is just not responding, between the 2 they need to settle this matter, someone needs to know whats happening. we hope this matter is actioned as soon as possible because its been going on for way too long and that account has clearly been accumulating interest for the past 2years and we will not be responsible for it as payment was made on our side.
