No one knows what they are doing

I was phoned by Woolworths cause I qualified for a credit card / loan. Yay! I can do those xtra things I needed to. So I sent them all info (they said things will be sorted and approved within 48 hours). I waited nearly a month this morning I get a call saying that I am approved I need to take my id and proof of residence into shop and collect. I get dressed drive down and to the ladies amu*****t I was told they dont do this. Okay now j start phoning. First they are off line then I have to phone back within an hour. Phone back and the person tells me I still need to be approved. ***? I was told at 8:30 I can collect. O and this person also suggests that I can complain on hellopeter, could anyone plz tell me how I go from collection to pending for aprival in 3 hours time? I can't believe that people could toy with one person like that<br> O and why can't I be phoned back?
