NO ONE IS OF ASSISTANCE!

I havent been able to use my storecard to make online purchases, I always get told to go in-store and its ridiculous because moset stores dont even stock most bedding sets.

So ive been calling them and no one even knows whats what. You get transferred to 5 different people with no solution. They even log calls to their IT dept but there are never answers.

Then they hang up on you, from customer care to online services - what a useless bunch!
