No one getting back to me regarding my complaint

What horrible service. I have made a complaint on Monday via email and called in and spoke to Edward. No one has gotten back to me regarding my complaint. And to make matters worst this could potentially be making people very sick. But clearly Woolworths does not care about there customers feedback or well being .
