NO one can give me a settlement on my Credit Card

I have tried to obtain a settlement amount on my Woolies Credit Card Numerously But cannot seem to get a person to assist.<br> <br> Please - I want to pay you - I need a settlement in order to pay the correct amount and close this account.<br> <br> Please forward it to me asap
