No Mother's Day delivery by Woolworths

I ordered a Mothers' Day gift online form Woolworth's on Friday (bouquet of flowers plus chocolates which included free delivery), stated the address in East London for delivery and my mothers contact details. <br> My mother was contacted on the Saturday to verify her address. Sunday came and she was contacted again after 1pm to say are you in Greenacres, which is in Port Elizabeth. My mother said no I am in East London and the nearest mall is at Hemmingways which has a Woolworths. Well needless to say my mother is still waiting for her belated Mother's Day gift. I find this appalling. I live in Kimberley and thought this will be a nice surprise for my mom on such a special occasion. Wrote on Woollies social media page but no response to date. Called the call centre at 09:00 and no response to date. I spend thousands of rands at this shop every month and I am not impressed. This will be last I order online.
