No More Woolies for Me!

Woolworths used to be my preferred choice for food and clothes shopping. Now it has become the shopping experience I dread the most. Personnel are unfriendly, unhelpful, sluggish and plods along with an attitude of doing you a favour by doing their job. My friendly greetings are usually met with disdain or just some form of mumbling, if acknowledged at all. They are loosing the plot regarding customer care and customer service - it no longer exists. And it is not just me staying away and finding more pleasant alternatives - many of my friends, family and clients share similar unpleasant experiences.
