No longer buying from Woolworths at Norkem Corner

I would like to bring to your attention the treatment I’ve received as your customer from Stallion security and centre management of Norkem Corner, Norkem, Kempton Park.

I’ve been your customer for many years now but unfortunately I no longer buy at this Woolworths store in this centre because I was parked right by the entrance, another driver, while reversing, bumped and scratched my BMW X3 2025 model. When I asked for the footage for insurance to claim damages they said they don’t have it after making me wait for quite some time for it. Security personnel on the ground and car guards ensured I’d get the footage after opening a case at the police, I came back with a case number and still got no assistance.

I’m quite disappointed at this. Just wanted to bring it to your attention so that you’re aware of how the centre treats your customers. They let perpetrators get away with wrong doing. How can they not have footage of the entrance…what about customers parking right at the back? What’s the duty of car guards apart from expecting money from us?
