No interest in sourcing basic stock item

<p>After visiting Woolworths Greenacres some 3 weeks ago for black mens underwear I found they were out of stock. I then emailed Woolworths asking how or where I could find these items. The first response was to ask me for the product code of the pair of jeans I was looking for! I pointed out I was not looking for jeans but underwear. The reply came back to say that my request had been escalated to the manager of the Greenacres branch. It has now been 10 days with no feedback whatsoever.</p>
