no in store promotion

I wanted to buy two pairs of shoes so as to get the 20% discount but at the tills they said one of the pairs was not on promotion so I only bought one pair hence missing out on the discount. On line the same pair was on promotion I called customer service and they confirmed that and they assured me that the manager will call me. Its been three days now and I am still waiting for the call
