No help with credit card delivery

My husband works in JHB and his Wooloworths credit card was delivered to Menlyn. I have a second credit card on this account with Woolworths with my name on. They thus have all my details as well. He doesn't have time to go and fetch it. I phoned and asked if I can go to pick it up with a letter from him and his and my ID. They do not want to assist me. They are now welcome to close this account.
