No help to reset password

I am struggling to reset my password. I punched in my password. It keeps on saying invalid. When I contacted the call center. There's no one who knows what is the problem or how can they help me. This problem has been going on for a month now. It's so frustrating. Consultants that are working from home. There's noise or poor connections.
