No happy with with service

I purchased shoes in Woolworths prominade mall and returned 1 pair of shoes I bought these shoes with my fusion account wich is a debit and credit card abviously I was advised that it can only be returned into that account no problem I then asked if there was another option because that account is on a minus. Cashier said it can be made to a Woolworths voucher I am fine I will use it but something else just not the story manager refused I am like if it’s an option why would you refused because often time they want you to react be rude before things can be looked at I feel like it’s unfair that a whole manager can look you in the eye and decide you not deserving of a different option because they can. That Is insane that is what I am not happy I didn’t say anything I got done and walked away. I was not in the mental state to argue with her which is sad.
