No gloves allowed by head office for staff working with cooked food.

Food Hygiene! I have learnt that it is head office policy for staff to NOT use plastic gloves while preparing food. I watched in several Woolworths stores staff with bare hands tearing apart or shredding with fingers - NO GLOVES - chicken and other products for public consumption. It is a HO regulation I am told that staff are NOT to use gloves. Health Dept needs to check this out. I am taking this to 702 and any other public forum I can. Disgusting! How I ask is this even allowed? I have photos to send to the dept of public health. Shame on WOOLWORTHS.
