No footage available/No feedback received/

On the 03 April 2016 my purse and cellphone was ****** out of my baby bag in the Woolworths Cresta store, I realised this after selecting items I reached the cashier and realised my my belongings were gone.Immediately iI reported this to the cashier who then called the manager Claudia, I explained that i definately had these belongings when I entered the store and this incident possibly took place while standing at the ladies shoes department (however this could have happened at any point), she then proceeded to call security, she returned saying the camera wasnt facing the place I was standing whilst in shock shes telling me this with a smile on a her face showing no compassion whatsoever and walked away,no attempt to take my details to look further into the matter or even enquire if I had a woolies card that she could assist in stopping.On the 04 April 2016 I called the store requesting that the footage be rechecked from entry into the store I was told by a Selby that works in the control room that he would look into the matter and call me back, it is now the 12 April 2016 and i have still not received any feedback.I am a loyal Client of Woolies and do not deserve this treatment.
