no feedback on application

I app**** for a credit on the 19th of November 2015. I then received a call from a consultant that completed the application and advised me to email through my proof of income which was done on the 23/11/2015 to [Email Removed] I have had no feedback since then. I called in on the 08/12/2015 and they advised they did not get the proof of income but completed the application with me again. He then confirmed that they did receive the proof of income but that was for the personal loan application. I did not apply for a personal loan but only a credit card. He then advised that I send through my ID and proof of residence of which I did send an emailed to [Email Removed] Again, no response so i called in again today and spoke to Ashley. He confirmed that they still processing the loan application and again I told him that I only app**** for a credit card. He advised that he will email the team leader not to process the loan but only the credit card. I noticed that 2 ITC checks was done on my name but yet I only app**** for a credit. This is shocking.
