No feedback after 5 days

I got my nails done at woolworths Jhb airport-firstly they used the wrong color...charged me more than my friend who did the exact same thing and promised the gel nails will last atleast 3 weeks which gel nails normally does only to come home the same day and find the paint had come off! i called the store to request a refund and was told the manager will contact me and i have not heard anything.This is customer service at its worst. Woolworths if u cant keep to your promise atleast stay in touch with customer complaints and rectify the situation! I do not suggest doing nails or make up at woolworths ever.
