No Espresto Coffee Capsules for months!

Woolworths has been out of Espresto Coffee Capsules for months. These capsules are exclusively suitable for the machines which Woolworths exclusively sold. After expressing my frustration with customer service, via e-mail, the response given was that the "buyer has advised that we are out of stock due to import related issues" (sic). Seriously!! Shelves are filled with coffee capsule boxes, suitable for Nespresso machines, with beans sourced from various countries. Is this Woolworths buyers selective buying? The machine serves no purpose without the Espresto capsules as they are a specific size. I therefore would like a refund or credit for my machine from Woolworths.
