NO DELIVERY!!!!NO RESPONSE

I had placed an order on 24/01/2018 and delivery was to take place on 25/01 however I was contacted by Palesa on 25/01 advising that the was no stock. I was advised that they would look into other options and get back to me but never did. I called the call center a few days later and spoke to Buyiswa who advised that this was unexceptionable and she would look into it and responsd but once again no response. I called back a few days later and spoke to Celene who also admitted that this was unexceptional , she advised that there were notes that the Bedfordview branch was getting it from another branch but she will confirm the delivery details and call me back but..... It is now almost 2 week later and no delivery or response!!!
