No delivery,no refund

So disappointed in woolworths delivery. Ordered earlier this morning and still no delivery. Ive been calling their call centre and their excuse is that my number is wrong.(a number i dont know)When asking for a refund, no one is available to assist and everyone is “escalating my complaint “ so disappointing
