NO DELIVERY WOOLWORTHS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day,

I ordered on Friday last week which was the 26th for a next day delivery and paid an extra amount for that.

Today is the 30th of September , the item show as delivered but it has not arrived.

Those shoes were supposed to be worn to a wedding on the 27th of September.

Woolworths has failed to meet their obligations. I was also promised a refund however woolworths is not saying anything.

Nothing about my delivery or refund !

I AM NEVER BUYING FROM WOOLWORTHS AND I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW HOW BAD YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS !
