No delivery of parcel

Utterly disappointed in the service i am currently receiving from Woolworths SA i have made an online order on the 3rd of August and paid for a scheduled delivery for Friday 6th of August It’s is now Thursday 11 August and i have not received my parcel. I have been making contact with the call center every single day and only get told that the parcel has been handed over to the courier company on the 4th already and that they will escalate the problem with now future feedback. This is unacceptable. I wish i knew who the courier company was as i would like to give them also a piece of my mind!
