No delivery of online order...

I placed an order online with woolworths and chose my delivery time slot based on my availability. However my order still hasn't been delivered. It was meant to be delivered yesterday between 10am-1pm. Why make me choose a specific time slot if you fail to stick to it... Very unreliable don't bother doing any online orders with woolworths they fail to fulfil as specified.
