No Delivery of birthday gift a full week after order placed

Your logistics partner in the Western Cape is letting you down. I ordered a gift on 20 June with a promised delivery of no later than today. The package has been marked "Out for Delivery" since 23 June. You need to know that this is an utter lie. There has been no attempt at delivery and no contact with the customer AT ALL. Thanks for ruining a birthday Woolworths. I hold you responsible.
