No delivery, no communication...

I visited 3 Woolworths branches for a certain jacket but they had no stock. I ordered it online, my order was accepted, payment taken and on the order it stated that I would receive my order not later than today 08/07/2021. Nothing! I phoned and they said it was out of stock...... How pathetic!!! How do you run a business this way???? My order no is ***.
