No delivery for online purchases

<p>Bad service from Woolies online shopping, my delivery was supposed to be here Monday morning but nothing as been delivered yet the purchases have been processed to my account but I still havent received my goods. I spoke to numerous call center people but they didnt seem to know where my order was.</p> <p>Never ever will i buy anything online again, I have never experienced such bad online service!!</p>
