No delivery done

So I made an online order to be delivered at my work address for today(17/05/2019). I called yesterday(16/05/2019) to confirm if they can deliver before 4pm as I leave work at that time,and the lady told me I should call today(17/05/2019) so that they can advise the driver. I called again today(17/05/2019) to request if they can communicate with the driver and the lady told me because the delivery will be made from mall of african she has to confirm with them. Fine she called the store and came back to me to confirm that the store has agreed and notified the driver. After I hung up I called the store to confirm with them and they did confirm that the driver will come before 4. I kept calling till I knocked off and the driver only called me at 17:48 to know where precisely is my work place...So after so long and delaying the gift the driver comes that late. Its extremely sad that my daughter has to spend her birthday without her gift and I have to now spend my own birthday hurt because im disappointing my child because of you guys. What a silly *********** service.
