No Delivery, but Woolworths system delivered

Good day.

I have used the Woolworths online shopping for the first time. ( ***)

Delivery was between 1800 and 20' 00.

My battery on my phone had a very low battery. The driver called me when I was out. I got home 15 mins later and called the driver with no response.

I check the status of the delivery and it says it has been delivered.

I called online help call centre. I was told they will send a mail to see what has happened.

It's worrying as on the system it show delivery was done.?

How will get my delivery
