No delivery after a week

I am writing this review due to my frustration with Woolworths online. I’ve been ordering online but i never had any problems but now their delivery team sucks. I ordered online and my was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 9th of December and I didn’t receive my order. Woolworths have poor customer service no update no anything. Been calling back n forth but no help till this day. Funny thing on their app it’s says my items were delivered, those are lies lies…Please refund me
