No delivery after 7 days

I ordered and paid for an Item on Sunday 26 April 2015, the delivery was supposed to be on Thurday 30 April 2015. Today is Monday 04 May 2015 my order has not been delivered and I have not been given a reason to this. I called the call center, no one knows where my order is. Since Thursday i have spoke to 3 different people , Lavitha/Labitha, Leigh and Lauretta no one knows where my order is or when it can be delivered. I am dissapointed with this tardiness especially from Woolworhts. I do online shopping a lot and I have never waited for longer than 2 days from a store to send my order. I would be glad if i can have my order as per the agreement when I was making the purchase, or perhaps be afforded an explanation as a customer as to where my order could be instead of with me.
