No delivery

On 27 of April I ordered winter Items for my son and got the msg that my delivery will be made on the 20th of May, on the 19th of May I received and email with an invoice stating the time of my delivery for the 20th, I received no phone call nor an email advising on my order, I sent an email to customer service only to be rep**** by auto response tried calling the customer service and was placed on hold till I exhausted my R30 airtime

I bought on time before winter came in to use them not display them, I need the clothes for my son
