No delivery

I ordered an item which was to be delivered today , 9th of Jan between 10am and 1pm. I received no delivery. I received a call later on from Labeekah Sanders saying that my item was delivered to the wrong address and it will now be delivered to me on Monday. I then received an email from her saying that it will be delivered to me on Tuesday. This is not right. Please send me my item by Sunday or Monday.
